Sandra van Tongerloo is a Dutch expat who traded Amsterdam’s canals for the charm of the French countryside, bringing with her an MA in Literature and a culinary passion.
Her journey has been a flavorful one: a restaurateur in Amsterdam, an artisan ice cream maker in Bordeaux, and a gourmet chef in Dordogne.
Sandra is the founder of Cooking for Cognition - a fusion of brain-boosting recipes and French gourmet flair. Because brain-healthy eating should never be boring.
Sandra's focus today is to help others avoid the devastating effects of cognitive decline that her mom and so many women of her generation had to face without the resources available today.
