About the getaway
We recently toured some local vineyards and enjoyed the visits so much that we are organizing a weekend getaway to share the experience!
Join us 24-26 October for a fun 3 day-weekend and enjoy an introduction to Béarn, Jurançon and Madiran wines, tour a few vineyards to learn about the region, history and wine production process, and of course, there will be plenty of opportunities for tastings! And, our friend Elisa from Uncorked France + France Bucket List will join us for the weekend to share her knowledge of all things wine and travel around France.
This getaway is ideal for a girls weekend or couples as well as for solo travellers who are ready to escape to the countryside for an authentic French experience.

Day 1
2pm - Group pick-up in Pau*
3pm - Arrive at Château de Gère
5:30pm - Wine & cheese tasting

9am - Leave for vineyard tours

3pm - Domaine Cauhapé
7:30pm - Dinner at château

10:30am - Leave for vineyard tour
11:30 - Domaine de Cabarroy

4:30 pm - Group drop-off in Pau*
*If you wish to join us but your travel plans don't permit you to arrive/depart Pau at the suggested times, please get in touch.
